This Church Hill eatery serves up a delicious brunch on the weekend. Egg dishes like the Devil’s Mess ($8.95) – spicy eggs with onions and peppers served over potatoes — are big on the chalkboard menu that changes with specials.

Our personal favorite is the BLAT ($6.95), bacon, lettuce, avocado and tomato or the Eggs Benny, ($13.95) which pairs thinly sliced and oh-so-salty Smithfield ham with poached eggs, English muffin and a lemony, light hollandaise.

Millie’s often has long wait on the weekends for their famous brunch. But it’s worth sipping a mimosa to get one of those coveted booths with the mini-jukebox.
